Our promise to families
V-MAT is a small academy run by a teacher, not an app built to keep children tapping. These are the rules we hold ourselves to — written down so you can hold us to them too.
What you will never find at V-MAT
No advertisingNothing is advertised to your child inside V-MAT — not our own products, not anyone else’s.
No pay-to-winCoins, badges, shields and parties are earned by practising. Nothing inside a lesson or game can be bought, ever.
No pressure sellingNo countdown timers, no “only 3 places left”, no fake discounts. A price is a price. You can ask questions for as long as you like.
No loans or finance pushed on youWe will never suggest borrowing to pay for maths lessons.
No invented numbers or testimonialsEvery result we show is a real child’s result, and every testimonial is from a real family who agreed to it.
No child left feeling a failureOur evaluations measure a child against their own earlier self. Nobody “fails”; a slower month is “one more month to grow”.
What we always do
Protect children’s privacyPublic pages show a first name and an initial only — never a photo, never a surname. Families’ details are used to run the lessons and for nothing else. Privacy policy.
Keep practice healthyShort daily sessions, stretch reminders, and a daily limit that you as the parent choose. Streaks forgive a missed day.
Tell you the truth about progressA weekly report with real numbers, and a Before → After report at the end of each level — speed, accuracy, section by section.
Make leaving easyClear terms and a plain refund policy. If V-MAT is not right for your child, say so and we part as friends.
Answer a real personQuestions go to Mr. Saji Raghav and the V-MAT team, by WhatsApp or e-mail — not to a bot.
Keep improvingLessons and games are reviewed and improved from what children actually do in them — never watered down to sell more.
